The XV High School in Lodz is a state school which provides comprehensive education for students aged 15-19 with the view of further university education. There are 35 teachers employed and 410 attending students from various family backgrounds, from urban and rural areas, as well as immigrants from Ukraine. All students learn English as the first foreign language. Other foreign languages are Italian, German, and Russian. We excel in humanistic subjects and languages. Our graduates perform well in national tests and are admitted to universities and technical universities.

Responding to the demands of the youth we undertake various projects to create positively challenging and motivating learning environment. We run the exchange programs within Erasmus+ program. We successfully realized multilateral projects on active citizenship, human rights, sustainability.

School youth form a strong team of honorary blood donors or bone marrow donors, believing that one can effectively engage in saving human lives. We implement projects related to regional and global education. In 2018/2019, the youth of the 15th High School took part in the Polish Humanitarian Action project. As a result of the actions taken, our school was awarded the title of "Humanitarian School".

The city, Lodz, is in the center of Poland. It is the former textile industry city, which after the collapse of the manufacture, went through a difficult period of various changes. It slowly gained the identity of university and cultural city based on an inspiring history of 4 cultures (Polish, Russian, German, and Jewish communities coexisting before World War II).
